7. Prohibited Content: You may not upload or sell beats that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, contain explicit or offensive content, or violate any laws or regulations.
8. Fees and Payments: Our beat marketplace may charge fees for certain Services, such as listing fees or transaction fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our beat marketplace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any User Content you submit.
